LegalTerms
Terms and conditions
The rules for using this website and our free audit. Paid work runs under a separate written agreement.
Effective 1 November 2026
About these terms
This website is run by SuperFindable ("we", "us"), an unincorporated business based in New Delhi, India. By using the site or requesting an audit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Any paid work is governed by the proposal and agreement we both accept in writing. If they conflict with these terms, that agreement wins.
These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You must not:
- Break any law, or help anyone else break it, through the site
- Try to gain unauthorised access, overload the site, or introduce malware
- Scrape or copy the site at scale, including to train AI models, without our written permission
- Submit someone else's details, or false information, through our forms
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice.
The free audit
When you request an audit, you confirm you own the website you submit or are allowed to share it. The audit is a free, general review of publicly available information, given in good faith. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation. It doesn't create a client relationship or oblige either of us to anything further, and we may decline any request.
No guaranteed results
Google, AI assistants and other platforms control their own rankings and answers, and change how they work without notice. We don't control them and aren't affiliated with them. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, citation, traffic, lead or revenue. Any results, figures or case studies on this site describe past work in particular circumstances. They are not a promise of what we'll achieve for you.
Our content
The site's text, design, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. Films and images are used under licence. You may view and share pages, with a link back, for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, sell, republish or reuse them otherwise without our written permission.
Other brands
Names and logos such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Bing and LinkedIn belong to their owners. We show them only to describe where search happens. It doesn't mean they endorse, sponsor or partner with us.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as our booking page, are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
No warranties
The site, its content and the free audit are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the free audit, even if we were told it might happen.
For paid work, our liability is set out in the agreement for that work.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises because you misused the site or broke these terms.
Consumers
Our services are for businesses. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be excluded by contract, including under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it in good faith by email within 30 days. If that fails, it will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement. The seat and venue will be New Delhi, India, and the language English. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, including for urgent or interim relief.
If you are a consumer whose local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country's courts, this section does not take that right away.
